What StageTile is
StageTile is a link-in-bio and digital-identity platform. StageTile is neutral infrastructure: StageTile does not review, curate, moderate, or judge lawful content that its users publish. StageTile's position on content is simple — lawful content stays, unlawful content doesn't.
Who can use StageTile
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By creating an account you attest that you meet this requirement.
- You are responsible for the content you publish on your StageTile page — lawfulness, licensing, accuracy, and any third-party rights.
- You will not use StageTile to impersonate another person, to harass, to spam, or to publish content that violates applicable law. This includes — without limitation — child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that incites violence, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual-property rights.
Content categories StageTile welcomes
StageTile is deliberately broad. Adult creators, cannabis and psychedelics communities, trading-card and collectibles traders, gym and fashion creators, niche and alternative communities — all are welcome as long as the content is lawful in your jurisdiction and does not breach these Terms. StageTile will not terminate your account for lawful-but-controversial content categories.
Adult content and 18 U.S.C. § 2257
If you post sexually explicit material and you are based in the United States, record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are yours, not StageTile's. StageTile is a neutral hosting and display infrastructure, not a producer of such content. StageTile does not keep § 2257 records on your behalf. You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable adult-content laws in every jurisdiction where you operate.
Your content, your license to StageTile
You keep ownership of everything you publish on StageTile. To make the service work, you grant StageTile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and make backup copies of your content — solely so StageTile can render your public profile and provide the service to you. StageTile does not sublicense your content, does not resell it, and does not use it to train AI models.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us at support@stagetile.comif you believe your account has been compromised. StageTile authenticates via Google or GitHub OAuth; StageTile never sees your OAuth provider's password.
Paid plans
StageTile offers an optional Pro subscription at $12 per month or $99 per year. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Payment processing runs through Stripe; StageTile never stores your card details. You can cancel anytime from your billing page or the Stripe billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then. You can reactivate a pending cancellation before the period ends. Except where required by law, charges already made are non-refundable; canceling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones. Price changes will be announced with notice before they apply to an existing subscription.
DMCA / notice-and-takedown
If you believe content on StageTile infringes your copyright, send a DMCA-compliant notice to legal@stagetile.com. Include identification of the copyrighted work, the StageTile URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your signature (physical or electronic).
Termination
You can end your use of StageTile at any time via "Delete account" in dashboard settings — that triggers an immediate purge of your data (see Privacy). StageTile can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
No warranty, limited liability
StageTile is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageTile, its operator, and its sub-processors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — where that is the case, the limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Consumer-protection rights that apply to you in your jurisdiction of residence are preserved — nothing in these Terms waives them.
Changes
StageTile updates these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes get an in-app notice or an email before they take effect. Your continued use after notice is acceptance of the updated Terms.
